Here a first report on the outcomes of the conference:
" It showed that the technology should be adapted to the local needs to really guarantee a sustainable application, it means that the territorial approach is crucial for the development of RES and for energy saving as well. This approach has to be promoted first of all by local representatives who want to become active players in the decision making process through a multi-level governance of the energy issue.
